Real estate investment firm Glacier Equities has spent $22.5 million on a bulk condo purchase in Flushing, property records show.
The firm purchased 62 residential condos at 148-09 Northern Blvd. from Douglaston Realty Management. The 6-story property spans about 100,000 square feet and contains 87 residential units across two buildings, according to city records and StreetEasy. Glacier plans to renovate the building, although it is not completely taking over the property, according to company principal Myles Horn.
