Bronx prosecutors have dismissed domestic violence charges against Bronx state Sen. Luis Sepulveda, The Post has learned.
The lawmaker’s attorney, Marvin Raskin, confirmed that the case against the veteran legislator was dropped and sealed in Bronx Criminal Court on Monday morning.
Sepulveda, 57, had turned himself in to the NYPD in January after his estranged wife, Elizabeth Sepulveda, 40, accused him of choking her at their West Farms apartment.
Luis Sepulveda, who chaired the Senate Crime Victims, Crime and Corrections Committee, was charged with assault, harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing.
He remained free without bail and repeatedly denied the allegations.
