Fashion Week returns after 18 months. The most fabulous-looking trade show in the land is taking a democratic turn. Invitation-only is out; live-streamed runway walks are in. Viewers and retailers are invited to shop for goods online as soon as they see them. A total of 91 designers have scheduled shows, down from about 500 in previous years.
