A Wall Street pioneer steps down

Good afternoon. We’re here to help you get ready for the week, which features a veritable tsunami of corporate earnings. Everyone knows results will be good, but nothing goes up forever, especially not the stock market. Profit forecasts are coming down, but bonds aren’t acting as though inflation is a big concern, so interest rates remain placid. At least for now.
