Ah, the margarita — No matter when you have one, it has a way of instantly transporting you (or your mind at least) to a warm summer day. Depending on where you are in the country right now, warm weather or at least the dream of warm weather might be the perfect escape.
Perhaps that’s why National Margarita Day is February 22, a reminder that one day we’ll see warmer temps.
